Hi I´m Duncan and I have been a driving instructor for over 20 years I have seen a lot of changes in the industry over the years. When I started over 20 years ago. Did I think I would be here still in the industry today? To be honest probably not. I didn´t see the opportunity or couldn´t see the path it would take me all those years ago. Am I glad I´m still here? defiantly YES. I love what I do and my customer tell me that it shows.
I started up Direct Drive Hub only back in June 2016, I felt it was time to take control of what I do and the direction I wanted. I have all the skills needed of running and managing a business. I am looking to grow the business in the short and the long term.
We at Direct Drive already have a fantastic instructor training program running that really is the best out there. Instructor training is a area I specialise in, I worked for over 10 years for the largest instructor training company´s in Europe. Not only did this give me qualifications in the industry I got to see how the industry worked on a corporate level. I felt that it helped me grow as a manager and as a trainer and has given me the skills to move Direct Drive Hub forward well into the future.
I am a very driven and ambitious person and always looking for that individual who thinks the same to come along and join our team.
